Bernoulli Velocity From Pressure Drop
v2 = sqrt(2·(P1 - P2)/ρ + v1^2)
What it says
The downstream flow speed obtained from Bernoulli's equation given the pressure drop and upstream speed in a horizontal streamline (requires P1 - P2 >= -0.5·ρ·v1^2 so the radicand stays non-negative).
