Compton Wavelength Shift
Δλ = (h / (m_e·c)) · (1 - cos(θ))
What it says
Computes the increase in a photon's wavelength after scattering off a free electron at a given angle. The prefactor h / (m_e·c) is the electron Compton wavelength, about 2.426e-12 m.
