Doppler Effect For A Moving Source
f' = f·v / (v - v_s)
What it says
The frequency observed by a stationary listener when the source moves toward it equals the source frequency times the speed of sound divided by the speed of sound minus the source speed. Requires the source speed to be less than the speed of sound (v_s < v) for a finite, positive result.
